We plan before we design
We start with your customers: who's landing on the site, what they want and what you want them to do. Out of that comes a sitemap and a rough structure for each page. It's the cheapest stage to change your mind, so we spend the time here.

We design the real thing
We design key pages with real copy, not lorem ipsum, at desktop and phone sizes. You see exactly how it will look and read. We refine it with you over agreed rounds.

We build, test and fill it
We build in WordPress, load in your content, then test on real phones and browsers. We check speed, forms, redirects and search settings before anyone else sees it.

We launch and hand over
We launch, watch it closely for the first few weeks, and train you on the editor. If you'd rather not touch it at all, our care plan covers updates, backups and small changes.

How much does a website cost in Cairns?

How long does a website take to build?
Most of our websites take [TIMEFRAME] from the planning session to launch. The biggest variable is content: if your copy and photos are ready, it moves quickly. If we're writing and shooting them, we'll build that into the schedule from day one.
Will I be able to update the website myself?
Yes. Everything we build runs on WordPress with an editor set up for your content, so you can change text, swap photos, add staff, update prices and publish news without touching code. We train you at handover and give you a recording to come back to.
Do you do SEO as part of the website?
We set up the technical side properly on every site: page titles and descriptions, a clean heading structure, fast load times, structured data, a sitemap and redirects from your old pages so you don't lose existing rankings. Ongoing SEO, like writing articles and building local presence, is a separate piece of work we can talk through.
Can you build an online store?
Yes. We build ecommerce sites on WooCommerce, which keeps everything in one WordPress dashboard you already know. We set up products, payments, shipping and the emails customers get after they buy.
Do you host websites?
We offer hosting and care as a monthly plan, which covers secure hosting, updates, backups and a set amount of small changes. You're welcome to host elsewhere; you'll own the site either way.
Can you redesign my current site rather than start again?
Sometimes. If the structure is sound and the platform is WordPress, a redesign can keep what works. If the site is slow, hard to edit or built on a platform you're locked into, starting fresh is usually cheaper over a few years. We'll look at it and tell you straight.
