How much does social media management cost in Cairns?
Monthly social media management starts from [PRICE] per month, depending on the number of platforms, posts and shoots. Ad spend is separate and goes straight to Meta. We'll recommend a starting budget based on your goals.
Do you run Facebook and Instagram ads?
Yes. We plan, build and manage Meta ads, set up tracking so we can see what each ad actually brings in, and adjust the campaigns as the results come through.
How many posts a week do I need?
Fewer than you think. Two or three good posts a week, done consistently, will beat one a day done badly. We'll recommend a rhythm that suits your business and your budget.
Will I have to approve every post?
You approve the calendar each month, which takes most people ten minutes. After that it runs. If something time-sensitive comes up, we'll check with you first.
Do you create the photos and videos, or do I send them?
Both work. We can run regular content shoots, use what you send us, or mix the two. Real photos of your business always outperform stock, so we'll help you get them.
How long before social media brings in customers?
Organic social builds slowly over months. Paid ads can bring enquiries within weeks once the tracking is right. We'll set honest expectations at the start and report on the numbers every month.
Can you just train our staff to do it?
Yes. We run training sessions for in-house teams, and can set you up with templates and a content plan to follow.
